Each service call includes the following:

• Physically install new hardware component (graphics card, USB drive, monitor, printer, scanner, optical drive, MP3 player or other pre-approved device).
• Install necessary factory provided software.
• Configure the computer hardware component for use.
• Neatly organize power cables for new device (ties included).
• Includes your choice of a Mango Bay Internet coffee mug or mouse pad.
